Who can order?

Any person or business entity, that can meet the minimum order of 1 case, is qualified to order from this site. To date, Suy Sing serves as the one-stop source for groceries, sari-sari stores, restaurants or catering services, bakeries and households.



How do I order?
You may make your orders through the following pages:

When will I receive the confirmation of my orders?

You will receive an emailed response within 15 to 30 minutes, Mondays - Saturdays (except legal holidays), 8:30am to 5:30pm and Saturdays (except legal holidays), 8:30am to 5:00pm.


How do I pay for my orders?

As part of your Check Out procedure, you can choose between 2 payment methods - Online through unionsecure.pay or payment through Suy Sing Sales. The coverage and processes involved for each are as follows:

What are the requisites in paying through unionsecure.pay?

1. Open a statement-based savings or current account with UnionBank. If you have a passbook-based savings or current account, you must first convert it to a statement-based account.

2. Request for an Internet PIN (Personal Identification Number) through a UnionBank ATM (Automated Teller Machine). The machine will issue a piece of paper containing your Internet PIN. The PIN will be activated 24 hours after date of request.

3. Once activated, you have the option of changing your Internet PIN at the UnionBank web site.

What are the steps in paying through unionsecure.pay?

1. An e-mail will be sent to you containing a link to Suy Sing Online

2. Click on the link. A page containing your web transaction number, the amount to be paid, and sales order number will be displayed.

3. Click on the Pay Union button if the data are correct. You will be linked to the UnionBank web site where the actual payment transaction will occur. Should there be discrepancies, please call ourcustomer hotline numbers (632)247-1888, (632)706-8888, (632)306-7777 (Metro Manila) or 1-800-10-2471888, 1-800-10-7068888 (Provincial Toll-Free).

4. The amount due will be displayed again. Enter your account number and Internet PIN.

5. Click on the Submit button to confirm transaction. You will be routed back to Suy Sing Online where you will be notified if the transaction was successful or not. If transaction is unsuccessful, the reason will be displayed.

Pay Through Sales

What are the payment transactions that can be done through coordination with Suy Sing Sales?

1. Cash or payment via BPI Express Payment or Express Phone will be accepted by the cashiers at our Binondo, Paranaque, Meycauayan, and Taguig warehouses. The cashier's offices are open from Mondays to Fridays
(except legal holidays), 8:00am to 5:45pm and Saturdays (except legal holidays), 8:00am to 5:15pm.

2. Pre-approved Credit Card Transactions is initiated by a written agreement to charge your purchases to your credit card, even without your physical presence. Forms are available at our sales offices. Applications are subject to approval. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Suy Sing VISA and Super Grocer Card.

3. Automatic Debit Arrangements (ADA) with BPI, Banco de Oro, Metrobank, or Unionbank. For more details, please call or e-mail our sales offices. Click here for the numbers.


How will I receive my orders?


There are two options:

1. You may pick up your purchases from our Binondo, Paranaque, Meycauayan, or Taguig warehouses. We are open from Mondays to Saturdays (except legal holidays), 8:00am to 6:00pm. Click here for maps.

2. Have your orders delivered. Our free delivery service is available for a minimum purchase of P15,000. (Rates may vary for different formats and areas, call Suy Sing Sales to get more details).

What are the steps in picking-up my orders?


1. Pay for your orders

2. Claim your invoices and payment receipt form from our cashier's office. Upon payment, our cashier will issue 2 copies of the invoice (the customer and warehouse copies), plus the payment receipt form.

a. If payment is made at the cashier's office, the invoices and payment receipt form will automatically be released to the payor.

b. If payment is made at our sales office, get the manual payment receipt form. Use this payment receipt form to claim your invoices from the cashiers.

c. If your orders are pre-paid, the invoices and payment receipt form will be released upon the validation of the ID presented and the plate number of the vehicle being used to pick up the orders. The ID and plate numbers presented should match the authorized list you have indicated in your website registration or your pre-approved credit card transaction application.

3. Present invoices to the release counter for packing. You will be paged when your orders are ready for pick up.

4. Claim your orders. When paged, present the payment receipt form to the release counter to claim your orders and your copy of the invoice.

What are the steps involved if I have my orders delivered?

2. Your sales representatives will contact you as to the expected delivery time. Your orders will be sent to the shipping address you specified during Check Out.

3. Upon delivery, your copy of the invoice will be surrendered to you.

Are there freight charges for deliveries?

We offer free delivery service to your stores for as low as P15,000 minimum purchase. (Rates may vary for different formats and areas, call Suy Sing Sales to get more details).


Where do you deliver?


We deliver to all areas in Metro Manila and nearby provinces such as Cavite, Bulacan, Rizal, Laguna, Bataan, Batangas, Nueva Ecija, Pampanga, Quezon, Tarlac, and Zambales. Click here for more information.

How long will I need to wait before my orders are delivered?

You will receive your paid orders within 72 hours (or 3 working days) from date of invoice.

How long before an order expires?

Unpaid orders expire 2 working days after process date. Paid orders expire 3 working days after payment date.

What if I forget my password?

You can call our customer hotline numbers at (632) 247-1888, (632)706-8888, (632)306-7777 (Metro Manila) or 1-800-10-247-1888, 1-800-10-706-8888 (Provincial Toll-Free). We will issue a temporary password after certain verifications. You may then replace the temporary password after logging in.

Can I change my e-mail address?
